| I am going to run a full flow oil cooler in my car. I am designing the oil cooler lines (which is #10 AN or 5/8 hose) routing with the bigger oil pan in mind. I orderd from Jegs their Push-Loc fittings and hose instead of braided hose. The Push-Loc hose is easier and cheaper to use than full braided hose. That is my preference. I am not releasing any pics till this all done. A full flow oil cooler is different than the current Z32 oil cooling system which bleeds a portion of the oil to the oil cooler and returns it back to the pan. In the full flow system, 100% of the oil flows through the oil cooler and flows to the engine instead of the pan. I incorporate an oil thermostat as well so that oil flows to the cooler when it reaches 180 F. When the oil is cold the cooler is bypassed and the oil flows back to the engine.
